Contact Improv Dance

Contact Improv is a postmodern dance form developed in the US in the 1970s by Steve Paxton, Nancy Stark Smith, Daniel Lepkoff et al. and based on a play with gravity, inertia, and momentum through a rolling point of contact. The Dublin contact community is facilitating the sessions at the Exchange on an ongoing basis.

Participants should work in loose clothing and bare feet.
